That Bao Huyen Mon is a Zen meditation practice, originating from Ong Cam mountain (Thien Son Forbidden) in That Son Ta Lon area, Chau Doc, An Giang, Vietnam. According to tradition, the Seven Jewels of the Secret Gate are only passed on to a single descendant, the successor must be a monastic and receive the Dharma from a young age to have enough time to practice hard and understand the immense magic.
According to tradition, Grandmaster Bao Truong passed That Bao Huyen Mon on to Zen Master Bao Thanh, who is the only current descendant of the Sect and has been practicing for over 45 years.

Zen Master Bao Thanh, out of love, taught many disciples each individual method according to their ability and desire to learn. The disciples who practice diligently experience the benefits in life, the mind is clear, the achievement of many desired achievements, the body and mind is peaceful, healthy and supple, etc. See the benefits clearly with themselves and His disciple, Zen Master Bao Thanh decided to break the rules and teach more widely to all interested people, not limited to monks and nuns anymore...

That Bao Huyen Mon is a practice based on perception. When you practice, you will really taste it like you are eating food, rather than listening to other people eat and describe the taste to you. As long as you really want to practice, ready to clear your mind to receive… then you have a predestined relationship with That Bao Huyen Mon. The more you practice, the more interesting you will find it and do not want to give up. Wish and hope you can taste the wonderful taste of Seven Bao Huyen Mon!
In this video Master Bao Than explains how to use the breathing technique with the first Mantra Mu A Mu Sa.
