Knowing the Inner-Self
in order to Heal  
September 29, 2024.  

​ Master Boa Thanh teaches in this retreat that like the water under ground needs to be reached by the tools of the well digger, "That Bao Huyen Mon" meditation methods help us tap into the Stream of healing energy within ourselves.​  Using the Mantra of Compassion, breathing techniques, and healing compassion energy, the participants were able to touch the truth of their inner selves, the peaceful, awakening being whom they are. 

Allowing the Inner Healing to Flow

Master Bao Thanh explained how to develop and open even more the inner-healing energy we all possess.  Using the compassion mantra's of That Bao Huyen Mon, and other meditation tools, we worked on breaking through blockages and allowing the healing energy to flow through our bodies, minds and spirit.
