Master Bao Thanh will explain how to develop and open the inner-healing energy we all possess so we can be more rooted in compassion. Using the compassion mantra's of That Bao Huyen Mon, and other meditation tools, we will break through blockages and allow the healing energy to flow through our bodies, minds and spirit.All are welcome, whether you attended the other retreats or not. Recommended donation for the retreat is $25, but all donations are accepted.
Previous Mini- Retreats
The First Mini-Retreat "Knowing the Inner-Self in order to Heal" was offered By Master Bao Thanh on September 29, 2024. It was a great success, with over 50 people attending.
In this session, participants learned of the Compassion Meditation Method known as "That Bao Huyen Mon". Master Thich Bao Thanh is the Sixth successor of the Compassion Meditation Method from the Seven Spirit Mountains in Vietnam near the Cambodian Border. His teaching and the compassion energy he shares, helps activate the energy we all have within us to heal ourselves.
Master Bao Thanh explained that each of us are amazing beings, like I-Phone 16's, but we just need the app of inner healing to remind us who we are. He explained that like the water under ground that has to be accessed by the tools of the well digger, "That Bao Huyen Mon" meditation methods help us tap into the Stream of healing energy within ourselves.
Using the Mantra of Compassion, breathing techniques, and healing compassion energy, the participants were able to touch the truth of their inner selves, the peaceful, awakening being whom they are.
Many participants shared afterward about feeling physical, mental and spiritual calming down and healing .
