The Meditation Practice of Xa Loi Temple is grounded. That Bao Huyen Mon Meditation Method practiced at Xa Loi Temple combines traditional breathing techniques and mindfulness with sacred mantras, aimed at healing the body, mind, and spirit.

These mantras are believed to unlock an inner transformative power, helping practitioners alleviate suffering and cultivate a deeper sense of peace.

This approach integrates spiritual wisdom with practical meditation techniques, making it a unique and meaningful practice.
