That Bao Huyen Mon Meditation Method practiced at Xa Loi Temple combines traditional breathing techniques and mindfulness with sacred mantras, aimed at healing the body, mind, and spirit.
These mantras are believed to unlock an inner transformative power, helping practitioners alleviate suffering and cultivate a deeper sense of peace.
This approach integrates spiritual wisdom with practical meditation techniques, making it a unique and meaningful practice.

Lead by Hanh-Su Eileen Dolan Each Thursday evening we gather to explore the deeper causes of suffering, peace, and transformation within our lives. Through Buddhist teachings, open discussion, and meditation practice, we learn to better understand the mind, our habits, and the interconnected nature of our experiences. Open to all — no previous meditation or Buddhist experience is needed. |
